Oliver and Bonacini commissioned us to produce a film that would celebrate Canoe’s 20th anniversary. We worked closely with Chefs Anthony Walsh, John Horne, and Coulson Armstrong to highlight the past, present, and future of this iconic restaurant. The film also shed light on the company’s perennial passion for sourcing ingredients from farms that adhere to sustainable practices.
